Veritiv Expands Pacific Northwest Presence with Acquisition of Subotnick Packaging

Veritiv Operating Company, a leading specialty packaging distributor headquartered in Atlanta, has acquired Subotnick Packaging, an Oregon-based distributor serving building materials, food, e-commerce, and transportation industries. The acquisition strengthens Veritiv’s core packaging platform in the strategically important Pacific Northwest region. Subotnick’s offerings in corrugated, strapping, tape, stretch film, packaging equipment, and related services complement Veritiv’s existing capabilities, supporting the company’s growth strategy. Founded in 1925, Subotnick is a fourth-generation family business with strong customer relationships and operational presence in Portland, OR.
