Sofidel Achieves EcoVadis Platinum Medal for Outstanding ESG Performance

Sofidel, a global leader in tissue paper manufacturing and producer of the Regina brand, has been awarded the Platinum Medal by EcoVadis, placing it within the top 1% of companies worldwide. This recognition reflects Sofidel’s excellence in Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement, as audited against international standards like GRI and ISO 26000. The award affirms Sofidel’s leadership in minimizing environmental impacts and progressing toward a low-carbon economy with a Net-Zero emissions target by 2050. Operating in 13 countries with nearly 9,500 employees, the group achieved €3.225 billion in net sales in 2024, underscoring its sustained commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
