Greif, Inc. has announced the appointment of Dennis Hoffman as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, succeeding Gary Martz, who will retire on November 30, 2025. Hoffman brings extensive experience in corporate law, governance, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and environmental compliance, having worked alongside Martz for the past 15 years.
