Bellmer Delivers Seventh TurboJetter Headbox to Mondi Group at Dynäs Mill, Sweden

Bellmer has successfully delivered and installed another TurboJetter headbox and TurboShaker PRO at Mondi Dynäs, Sweden’s leading sack kraft expert. This marks the seventh TurboJetter headbox supplied to the Mondi Group in the past seven years, underscoring both Bellmer’s engineering excellence and Mondi’s commitment to quality. The installation took place during the annual shutdown at the Dynäs mill in May 2025. Bellmer has a longstanding partnership with Mondi Dynäs, including notable projects such as a press section rebuild for the PM5. Mondi’s choice of the TurboJetter headbox was influenced by its proven performance at other Mondi facilities, including Steti, Ruzomberok, Swiecie, and Powerflute Kuopio. The TurboJetter’s precise control of fiber suspension and patented step diffusers ensure optimal sheet formation and enhance paper quality, supporting Mondi Dynäs’ production of unique sack kraft paper grades.
