Baumer hhs Launches CorrBox Solution evo for Precision and Efficiency in High-Volume Corrugated Packaging

Baumer hhs has expanded its CorrBox Solution family with the evo model, designed for high-volume corrugated packaging markets requiring precision glue application and integrated quality control. The evo system features the PX 1000 multi-application head for accurate adhesive dispensing, supported by KPE 6 and KPE 9 pumps for varying adhesive viscosities. Its newly developed CS 1000 sensor monitors every glue strip for optimal application, even at maximum machine speeds, on common corrugated materials. The system includes the intuitive Xtend3 controller and offers flexible configurations, such as one- or two-sided adhesive application and an Inverto unit for top or bottom glue application. A key feature, Glue Save Mode, reduces adhesive use by up to 50% without compromising box strength, delivering cost savings and sustainability benefits. Extensively tested in real production, CorrBox Solution evo is available for order since October 2025, providing corrugated manufacturers with a modular, cost-effective, and future-proof solution.
